Project Management
|
All operations are controlled from the corporate head quarters. The most important is foresight for selection of project for bidding and conceptual resource planning which include financial planning, human resources planning and inventory control. This broad plan is transmitted to the concerned project manager for detailed assessment and programming at site level.
Every month, progress reports are sent from site to the corporate center, based on such feedback, schedules are revised / updated and resource mobilization stepped up as and when felt necessary. Close monitoring through fine tuned computerized techniques are done which, enables early remedial measures to ensure timely completion of projects.
The Head office deals with tendering, over all technical and financial
contro,l co-ordination and general supervision of construction activities
along with achievement of work targets allotted to project managers at various
work sites. |
