Hex Park Overivew
Hex Park is a landmark, high end residential and commercial development on an 18,800 m┬▓ (5 acre) site in the central suburb of Mumbai, Chembur, being developed by the Hex Corporation. The site benefits from planned infrastructure development to 2 principle vehicular arteries from Mumbai and to Metro rail links. As such, the site is in a key, strategic location.
The project is anticipated to be constructed in 2 phases.
Phase 1
Phase 1 incorporates a mix of high- end apartment types above a mix of commercial space and amenity areas for residents.
Phase 2
Phase 2 is composed of Serviced Apartments, offices and associated facilities.
The development incorporates basement levels and a podium for parking and auxiliary facilities. There is a total of 1169 parking spaces.
